“Which side of the paper should I write?”
Only write on the shiny side, the side that has our logo on

“Can I use Magic Paper more than once?”
Yes, Magic Paper can be used over and over again, make sure you clean after use for longer life

“What markers can I use?”
You can use any whiteboard marker however we recommend our markers as we have tested many and these seem to be the best for brightness and cleaning off after use

“Will Magic paper leave a sticky residue on my wall?”
No, that’s why we call it Magic paper; there is no stick, no pins, nothing it clings like Magic! Note: If Magic Paper is left in one place for a long period of time a ‘dust line’ may appear around the paper.

“Can I use permanent markers?”
If you use permanent markers you will not be able to remove those marks!

“Can I use liquid cleaner?”
No, this can damage the surface of the Magic Paper and also affect the electrical charge

“How long will the electrical charge last?”
The electrical charge should last as long as the Magic Paper, in tests it has lasted 5 years or longer (see what is Magic Paper)

“My Magic paper seems to have lost its stick”
A build up of negative ions on the back of the sheet can cause this effect, if so lay it upside down on a smooth surface and wipe the back of the sheet with the Eraser block 5 times to brush away the negative ions, the Magic Paper should now adhere as before.
